No using wallpapers as base for any graphic or design.
If you use any PNG for your site give a link back.
Absolutely no reconstructing textures. They are only used to enhance your graphic or design.
And of course, changing any resource in any way is never acceptable.
Tutorials, codings:
No copying any tutorial and pasting it on your site and claim it as yours.
Using the site codings as a guideline is fine but no copying whatsoever.
Designs:
Watermark must not be removed or changed.
