Fade animation

Fade your text/image to make it more unique. Preferably for signatures and avatars.

Since the results have to be on gif. file, your image can't be huge. The best results are on an avatar or a signature.

Step 1

So, let's get started!
Get all your image and text ready and now you're ready for the animation part. :D On the top nav, go to Windows >> Animaton.

Step 2

On the animation box at the bottom, duplicate the first frame so that now you have two. On the second frame, put the opacity on the text/image that you want it to fade to 0%. Click on the thumbnail to see better reference.

Step 3

Now we will go through tweens- this will make the text fade. Click on the tween icon beside the dublication icon (the ones with bubbles fading). Click on the thumbnail on the left to see the settings.

The more number of frames you put, the longer the fading will be. For this example, I did 15 frames.

Play your animation, you should now see that it starts to fade, and it becomes solid again. To make it go fading, blank, re-fade again, look at the next step. =D

Optional - re-fade

Dublicate the last frame put the opacity of your text that you want to fade back to 100%. Tween it with the number of frames you want, and you're done! On top nav, go to file >> save of web.... Then save. Your final results should look like this:

VOILA! You have your FADE. :D If you have any questions or comments, please ask on the tagboard.
